ActuaryLife stores the information needed to operate accounts, learning progress, enquiries, contact messages, orders and alert preferences.

Purpose

Data is used to provide requested services, protect accounts, process enrolments, respond to enquiries and maintain audit records for administrator actions.

Payment data

The application stores local order and payment references, status and redacted provider payloads. It must not store card details.

Mail and logs

When SMTP is unavailable, mail previews are written to private storage outside the public web root. Logs redact secrets, tokens and signatures.

Your choices

Learners can update profile details and alert preferences from the account area. Requests about data correction or removal should be sent through the contact form.
